専攻分野補足	The person chooses the Higher Education Institution and study programme.
必要言語能力	Applicants need to hold an internationally recognized English proficiency certificate issued in the last 5 years. The score should be at least, equal or higher than standard B2 which is Upper-Intermediate English.
在住地	出願時および受験時の在住地は問わない
備考	Scholarship partially cover all the expenses related to your studies (tuition fee, living costs and other expenses). Scholarships holder is required to make his own arrangements to cover insurance. Travel expenses from a home country to Latvia and back are not covered by Latvian state scholarship.

支給内容

支給金額	€500 per month for Bachelor’s (and 2nd level professional higher education students for 1st, 2nd and 3rd study year) €600 per month for Master’s students (and 2nd level professional higher education students starting from 4th study year) €700 per month for Phd students.
